We are excited to add The Chief Executive Institute to the Foundation’s lineup of scholarship opportunities designed to develop leaders specifically for the Credit Union Movement. The Chief Executive Institute, for which the Foundation has approved more than $70,000 in scholarship funding, is a course designed to help position your credit union for growth and leadership in a complex and ever-changing marketplace.
Through this advanced program, participants will learn how to leverage the Baldrige Excellence Framework to reach strategic goals, improve results, and become more competitive.
So what is the Baldrige Excellence Framework and why is it important?
